Terms & Conditions
Orders are confirmed once a deposit is received. Design details, flavours and delivery windows are locked 48 hours before the event date. Handcrafted cakes vary slightly from reference imagery — that variation is part of the craft.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to bake and deliver: name, contact details, address and event details. We never sell customer data. Analytics and advertising pixels may be used to measure website performance.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the event date because ingredients and production time are already committed. If something is genuinely wrong with your cake, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will make it right.
Allergen Information
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and soy. We can adapt many recipes but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please declare allergies at enquiry stage.
